DAY 28. - Potential Energy

" This is the only tattoo I have ever researched. I went to the library and sourced the book and chose a symbol that I think reflected me.  The symbol is Tibetan and is ‘a spiral of potential energy’ and ‘a seed of the universe’.  I thought it was perfect because it also looks like our indigenous cultural patterns of the koru or fern frond " ~ Dee 

DAY 27. - Jay

" My tattoo for my son. I chose a rose simply because when a rose is in full bloom it's the most beautiful and elegant flower, just how I wish my son to grow. He is the love of my life " ~ VMJH

DAY 26. - Free

" Monarchs mean transformation, being free, starting again ...all that fluffy stuff....these are all about me being free and starting again after a wanking c**t of an ex husband held me back for so long  ...that and they're orange like my Holden " ~ DJB

DAY 25. - Alive, girl

" it was the 90's and we were s'posed to get matching ones, the Pearl Jam 'Alive Man', but things didn't go quite to plan... He got his and eventually I got mine, a girl " ~ L

DAY 24. - Troubled

DAY 23. - Black Widow

" ...we were watching a TV programme and someone was getting a tattoo on their leg. I said in disgust “aggh! I would never get a tattoo on my leg” and She said “ah baby, you have a SPIDER on your leg”.  It has been there so long I had forgotten about it! Now that I have a child I am reminded frequently as the kids love it.  Scary, but they can touch it " ~ Dee

DAY 22. - Daisy

She's always loved daisies. I was her wingman for this, the first of her now many, that girl from Waihi Beach. She's a long streak of piss and that daisy looked so small. I said "add some more... something" so he added the somethings. We think it was about 1999.

She says "...innocence looks so simple haha... man how things have changed since then..." ~DJB
